Last month, Blondie announced their long-awaited return to the UK with news of the Against The Odds tour. Hitting the road with 90s post-grunge icons Garbage, the tour is due to kick off next November – by which point, we'll all be in need of a serious live music fix.
To celebrate the band's return, we've teamed up with AEG to find a legion of Blondie superfans.
We're looking for people who know their Heart Of Glass from their Hanging On The Telephone. Who live their lives according to the teachings of Dame Deborah Harry. Who've been with the band throughout their pioneering, genre-defying career of punk-pop-rap-reggae-disco hits.
If that sounds like you, then we'd like you to send us a 30 second video detailing exactly what it is about Blondie that send you into a Rapture. We want to know why you love them, when you first fell for them, what makes them special to you. The best entries will be used in a Superfans video megamix to promote Blondie's 2021 tour. Bonus points for any rare records or super merch collections.
