Late last year Parkway Drive came rolling into London and all but destroyed the Roundhouse in London as part of their UK tour – but how do the Byron Bay bruisers survive on the road?
To find out we sat down on the “smelly tour bus” with frontman Winston McCall and heard first-hand about Jeff’s “pig sty” of a bunk that’s littered with food and dirty clothes, and how crew member Fishy managed to slide down a stairwell face first and get stuck in a door after partying too hard.
But it’s all worth it, as Winston says: “I’m in a band and tonight I get to yell at kids”. Plus he’s learnt how to cook spaghetti out of a kettle. Mad skills, bro.
