Sinsaenum, the outfit featuring former Slipknot drummer Joey Jordison and Dragonforce’s Frederic Leclercq, have announced they’ll release a two-track EP on June 6.

The self-titled 10-inch vinyl features Death Is The Beginning along with The Forgotten One, which feature on the band’s upcoming album Echoes Of The Tortured – out on July 29 via earMUSIC.

The EP will also be available via iTunes, while the vinyl pressing is limited to just 666 copies worldwide. It’ll feature a signed inner sleeve.

Sinsaenum are completed by Mayhem and Sunn O)))’s Attila Csihar, Daath and former Chimaira keyboardist Sean Zatorsky, Loudblast guitarist Stephane Buriez and Seth’s Heimoth on bass. Leclercq, who plays bass in Dragonforce, is on guitar.

Leclercq previously said: “I’ve been a death metal fan ever since and wrote some of these songs already in 1998, so it’s something I always wanted to do. There was never the right time though, nor did I find the proper people to pull it off.

“Joey sent me an SMS to ask what I was up to, so I told him about those death metal songs.”

They previously issued a video for the track Army Of Chaos.
