Vampires Everywhere have released a video for their track Perfect Lie.
The song is taken from the Los Angeles-based band’s upcoming album Ritual, released on March 18.
Vocalist Michael Orlando says: “Relationships are the devil’s way to fuck with humanity. We put our trust in others and pray they return the trust 100-fold.
“However, 99% of the time, we are let down and lose pieces of ourselves in the process. This song represents the trials and tribulations of this ritual.
“My last relationship taught me trust is overrated. I lost a giant piece of myself and again the monster took over. I am better as a monster because of it.”
The band previously made their cover of Hozier’s Take Me To Church available to stream. Ritual is the follow-up to 2012’s Hellbound And Heartless. They play at Swansea’s The Scene on May 4 and the Sheffield Corporation on May 7.
